Understanding technical specifications, drawings and bill of quantities as laid down in a particular requirement shared by the client and match the requirement with the right products/ services. Further, provide technical inputs for any modifications if required.

Design Inputs

Ability to read and understand the details of technical drawings for design accuracy, ensuring that they are followed correctly in execution.

Project Planning

Meticulously planning the resources required in terms of men, material, and money. Arriving at a robust budgeting by accommodating any possible deviation during the execution of the project and setting deadlines for different phases of the project.

Project Execution

Ensuring that the execution at site meets the agreed specifications, budget, and timeline. Ensuring that the contractual requirements at site and the client’s expectations are thoroughly met without any compromise and the project is delivered on time.

Vendor Management

Cultivate and maintain healthy relationships with key vendors, to further ensure timely delivery of required material and accomplishment of work at site.

Site Team Management

• Supervising and tracking performance of the team at site.
• Optimizing team’s productivity to ensure that the key goals are met on time.
• Making sure that the healthy and safe environment is provided and further establish an engaged community of team at site.
• Delegating tasks to site team according to their individual skill sets, experience, and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.

Stakeholder Management

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authorities, site-level staff, architects/ design consultants, building owners, and regulatory authorities to address any issues related to fire protection systems & allied services provided by the Company and ensure smooth project execution.
